(I-SoftwareNews.Com, May 23, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO, CA -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, announced the continued growth of three of its key partner programs—the Expert Alliance Partner (EAP), Program Alliance Partner (PAP), and Services Expert Alliance (SEA) programs—with 19 participants presently engaged.
TSIA Expert Alliance Partners are thought leaders and service providers that command expertise unique to the world of technology services. The program is made up of service providers specializing in functional areas of technology services management such as strategy, marketing, sales, and portfolio development. The current EAP roster includes Allegro Associates, Call Center Group, Conexo, DB Kay & Associates, DG Associates, FT Works, NewLeaf Partners Europe GmbH, Patrick Saeger Consulting LLC, Pretium Partners, Sequoia Worldwide LLC, serVelocity, The Verghis Group, TOP Step Consulting, and Waterstone Management Group.
Program Alliance Partners collaborate with TSIA in the ongoing development and delivery of advanced member programs, including TSIA’s Support Staff Excellence Program and Service Transformation projects. Impact Learning Systems and PwC are currently involved in the PAP program.
The TSIA Services Excellence Alliance program is composed of an elite group of consulting organizations that demonstrate true capability in accelerating technology services success. These specialized service providers have a proven track record of helping services organizations achieve operational excellence. The current SEA roster includes Bill Rose I.N.C., RTM Consulting, and Value and Pricing Partners.
