(I-SoftwareNews.Com, May 08, 2014 ) SANTA CLARA and SAN DIEGO -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, honored DB Kay & Associates with the TechBEST Award (Best in Satisfaction) this week at the Technology Services World (TSW) 2014 Best Practices conference in Santa Clara. In addition, Klever was awarded TechBEST (Best in Show), determined by conference attendee vote. The announcement was made May 7 at the Technology Services World (TSW) Best Practices conference in Silicon Valley.
The spring TechBEST Awards program recognizes service technology providers in two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores from the TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption, planned spending, and satisfaction, and the Best in Show category, selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW EXPO.
TechBEST finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA corporate and community members who participated in the 2014 Global Technology Adoption, Satisfaction, and Planned Spending Survey. As a TechBEST finalist, these organizations will be featured in TSIA Research, and conference attendees learned more about their respective offerings during the TechBEST Showcase held on the opening day of TSW.
“The TechBEST Awards recognize technology companies and services firms that are able to effectively communicate their vision and business value to customers,” said John Ragsdale, vice president of technology and social research for TSIA. “DB Kay & Associates and Klever continue to make impressive strides in their respective markets. The next round of the TechBEST Awards program will be held in the fall of 2014, in conjunction with TSW 2014 Service Transformations in Las Vegas.
