For current users, the upgrades are meant to further guarantee that they will experience no service interruptions when using Mavenlive to conduct a physical therapy assessment, he says. The upgrades also will allow for a better, more responsive program and application with more robust architecture in general.
To minimize the time it will inconvenience users of the rehab software (https://secure.mavenlive.com/accounts/trial), testing will be done before the actual upgrade takes place. Mavenlive also will keep users informed of when the upgrade will happen so they can be prepared.
"Our clients will be well aware of when the upgrades will be taking place so they can take any necessary measures beforehand," Gauthier says. "Our clients can also rest assured that we won't do the upgrade at what would be considered a peak time, and the downtime should be minimal."
