(I-SoftwareNews.Com, October 15, 2012 ) SAN DIEGO and LAS VEGAS -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, announced that Aptean, Bomgar, and Verint Systems have been named as finalists for the Fall 2012 TechBEST Awards. The announcement was made today at the Technology Services World (TSW) Service Transformations conference being held this week in Las Vegas.
The new TechBEST Awards are being introduced by TSIA to recognize service technology providers in two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores by their customers, and the Best in Show category selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW EXPO.
TechBEST finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA members who participated in the 2012 TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption and planned spending. As a TechBEST finalist, these industry leaders will be featured in TSIA Research, and conference attendees can learn more about the company’s offerings during the TechBEST Showcase that is being conducted today at the conference. The winner will be announced at the TSIA Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, October 17.
