(I-SoftwareNews.Com, May 06, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO and SANTA CLARA -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, announced that Citrix, DB Kay & Associates, and MARKETii have been named as finalists for the Spring 2013 TechBEST Awards. The announcement was made today at the Technology Services World (TSW) Best Practices conference being held this week in Santa Clara.
The TechBEST Awards recognize service technology providers in two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores by their customers, and the Best in Show category, selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW EXPO.
TechBEST finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA members who participated in the 2013 Global Technology Adoption and Planned Spending Survey. As a TechBEST finalist, these industry leaders will be featured in TSIA Research, and conference attendees can learn more about the company’s offerings during the TechBEST Showcase that is being conducted today at the conference. The winner will be announced at the show on Wednesday, May 9.
