(I-SoftwareNews.Com, October 23, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO and LAS VEGAS, -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, held its fall 2013 Women in Services (WIS) networking and fundraising event at Technology Services World 2013 Service Transformations last evening. The three-day conference, hosted by TSIA, is the preeminent source of learning and peer networking in the services industry.
One of TSW’s premier social events, the WIS networking fundraiser is a great opportunity for information sharing and networking among women thought leaders in technology services. There was high attendance at last evening’s gathering, which included gourmet refreshments, music, conversation, and many great prizes won in the opportunity drawing. Profits from the proceeds will go to Dress for Success, Southern Nevada and San Diego chapters. Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and life.
“The Women in Services group was created several years ago by TSIA and provides a unique and dedicated forum for professional members of the association,” said Diane Brundage, senior vice president of membership development for TSIA and head of Women in Services. “The WIS event is considered to be a highlight of our TSW conferences. It brings together a prestigious group of industry thought leaders and offers an opportunity for them to network, collaborate, and become inspired.”
