(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 29, 2010 ) SAN DIEGO, CA, March 26, 2010 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading professional association of the services and support industry, announced the lineup for its popular pre-conference Professional Development Courses, to be held Monday, May 3, at Technology Services World 2010 Silicon Valley.
Presented by TSIA featured faculty, all experts in their fields, topics for the workshops cover the following: growing the customer base, developing effective support portfolios, pricing technology services, maximizing support service levels, identifying identifying social media best practices, and driving customer adoption.

• “Social Media Tools: Picking the Right Technology Strategy for Service and Support,” presented by David Kay, principal of DB Kay & Associates.
• “Value Realization Workshop,” led by Mark Sloan, COO of RTM Consulting.
