(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 30, 2010 ) SAN DIEGO, CA, March 29, 2010 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the technology services industry’s largest and most vibrant association, announced that it has updated its premier, industry-recognized Professional Services Benchmark Study, making it the most current and relevant benchmarking study to date for embedded professional services organizations.
Open to TSIA member companies, the TSIA PS Benchmark Study includes questions on financial performance, delivery, marketing, sales, customer satisfaction, compensation, engineering, operations, partner management, and the economic impact of technology services on a companyÂ’s bottom line.
Organizations can use this data to compare their practices and results to similar operations in like industries. The PS Benchmark Study helps TSIA member companies to identify best practices that they can implement to optimize performance. It also aids in pinpointing areas where performance is lagging and needs improvement.
The Benchmark Study questions and survey tool have undergone significant upgrades in recent months. New questions have been added, outdated questions have been purged, all questions have been segmented into modules, and the survey tool itself has been designed and built from the ground up with TSIA member companiesÂ’ specific needs in mind.
