TSW is hosted by TSIA and takes place October 18-20 at The Mirage Resort in Las Vegas, this year with a major focus on the technology products and services required to deliver service success. Services Technology Advantage is a new conference track featuring case studies from services practitioners and their partners. Expo Theater Solution Sessions will be presented by TSIA partners, with some including a customer co-presenter.
