(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 22, 2010 ) LAS VEGAS, NV & SAN DIEGO, CA, October 22, 2010 – In his opening keynote at Technology Services World 2010 Las Vegas, October 18–20, TSIA executive director Thomas Lah outlined six change management tactics services organizations can pursue to help drive “services transformation” within their companies. One key tactic is to focus on “bright spots,” which is the practice of focusing on what a company has done that has resulted in some type of success.
During the keynote session, services executives were asked to share their success stories, with the winning submission the recipient of a 2010 iPad. The winner, MotorolaÂ’s Mark Molloy, was chosen by Lah and TSIA president and CEO J.B. Wood. Molloy was honored on Wednesday, October 20, during the conference-closing awards luncheon and ceremony.
MolloyÂ’s story focused on how his companyÂ’s leadership came to recognize services as a valuable differentiator of the product brand and what it has meant to the service organization. His complete story may be viewed at http://thomaslah.wordpress.com/2010/10/21/the-bright-spot-winner/.
