(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 24, 2012 ) SAN DIEGO, CA, January 23, 2012 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, announced the agenda for its annual Technology Services World (TSW) Best Practices conference, being held May 7-9, 2012, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley. The conference will showcase industry best practices in key areas of technology services businesses, including sessions delivered by companies who were recognized with TSIA STAR Awards in 2011 for their exceptional capabilities.
Education sessions will include presentations from industry leaders Cisco Systems, Dell, EMC, Hitachi Data Systems, Oracle, Siemens Enterprise Communications, Symantec, VMware, and others. Keynote presentations will be delivered by Thomas Archer, partner and U.S. technology sector leader for advisory services, PwC; ML Krakauer, executive vice president and COO, technology solutions and services/managed services/presales, EMC; Thomas Lah, executive director, TSIA; and J.B. Wood, president and CEO, TSIA.
