(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 30, 2010 ) SAN DIEGO, California, March 30, 2010 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the technology services industry’s largest and most vibrant association, announced the panelists for its “Closing the Consumption Gap with Education Services” session on the agenda for Technology Services World (TSW) Silicon Valley. TSW Silicon Valley is the services industry’s premier spring conference event, which takes place May 3-5 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
Moderated by Maria Manning Chapman, education services research director for TSIA, this panel of education leaders will discuss how companies are using education services to effectively drive adoption and maximize usage of products by customers—thereby maximizing value, customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and sustained success.
