(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 29, 2010 ) SAN DIEGO, September 28, 2010 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, is launching a first-of-its-kind online discussion forum focused exclusively on the topic of value-added services (VAS) offerings. J.B. Wood, president and CEO of TSIA, has been working with CA, EMC, NetApp, and Symantec—a group of world-class organizations involved in TSIA’s VAS community of interest—to build a framework services organizations can use to construct VAS services that drive product adoption and increase and increase customer success.
Beginning September 28 and running through October 8, the technology services community is encouraged to join the Technology Services World discussion group on Technology Services Forum, where they will have the opportunity to discuss this industry-first roadmap for developing VAS offerings, which can be used to understand risk, pricing, processes, enabling technologies, key metrics, and much more. Participants can weigh in on where the industry is now, discuss where it is headed, and receive real-time answers to tough questions on the VAS topic.
