The new small to midsize business (SMB) categories recognize the accomplishments of SMB organizations in the technology services industry. The new categories are specifically geared toward organizations in the discipline areas of education services, field services, professional services, and support services, with total annual worldwide corporate revenues under $250 million. Applicants in these categories will show exemplary execution of service delivery in their respective discipline areas. Since 1990, the STAR Awards have become one of the highest honors in the service and support industry, acknowledging the contribution of companies of all sizes to the continual improvement of service and support delivery industry-wide.
